Gettysburg Fire Department Hot Shots

Gettysburg Fire Dept. was dispatched to this mid-afternoon car fire along U.S. Route 15 which temporarily shutdown the southbound lane of the highway. In this photo, firefighters make a quick knock down of the fire.

In this photo, firefighter Jody Marshall extinguishes the fire with an 1 3/4" attack line with the help of firefighter Chris Eiker. Firefighter George Gallagher helps out with advancing the hose line.

No one was injured during the fire.

Firefighter Francis Dutrow served as OIC for the call.
