[Hot Shot Photo 1] Gettysburg Fire department EMS crew and medics of Medic 28 stabilize patient after crew from Rescue 1 extricated patient from the vehicle.

[Hot Shot Photo 3] GFD personnel carry patient to Life Lion Helicopter, which airlifted the patient to York Hospital. Life Lion landed in a field adjacent to the accident scene.
