Gettysburg Fire Dept. assists on recent Structure Fire

Around 0300hrs on the morning of March 25th, crews were called to Box 33-303 for a reported house fire.
MICU 54-31 and Assistant 33 arrived simultaneously, reporting a 2 1/2 story single family residence with fire showing from the 1st floor of the Charlie side. E33-3 arrived, pulled a 200’ 1 3/4” handline, and made an aggressive interior attack to stop the bulk of the fire. Engine 1-2 (Gettysburg) arrived and pulled a second handline, taking it to the attic of the structure due to the construction of the residence. Crews worked together to bring the fire under control and no injuries were reported.
Engine 1-2 / Truck 1 due on initial alarm. E1-2 w/4 & the Captain / Truck 1 with 2 & the Asst. Chief.
Engine 1-2 assisted with fire attack & overhaul in the 2nd floor / attic.
Truck 1 placed ground ladders, aerial to the roof on Side D and then lighting and overhaul.
