The GFD & AREMS dispatched to the area of Graphcom @ 1219 Chambersburg Rd for an overturned vehicle with a person trapped. Lieutenant 33-3 in the area, arrived on scene to find a single vehicle overturned in a ditch with confirmed entrapment. R1 responded, arrived on scene and requested additional manpower to the scene, bringing Rescue Engine 4 to the location. All personnel worked for a period of time until the driver was extricated and turned over to EMS for further care and transport.
