Truck & Engines Run 3rd Alarm Building Fire in New Oxford |

At 1237 hrs this past Saturday, Truck 1 was alerted to respond to the Winters Gardens Quality Foods @ 304 Commerce Street in New Oxford Borough for the working building fire. Units from Co.33 and other surrounding mutual aid departments were on scene with a working fire and requested the 2nd and 3rd alarms be struck. Engine 1-1 was brought in on the 2nd alarm and Engine 1-2 on the 3rd. Co.1 personnel assisted with roof operations along with additional fireground tasks as requested by Command. Gettysburg Volunteers operated on the scene for just over 2 1/2 hours before being released. Check out Harrison Jones Facebook page for additional information and photos of this incident.
