This past week, the Pa State Fireman's Assoc. held its 145th FASP Conference in King of Prussia. We are proud to announce that the Gettysburg Fire Department received awards for its outstanding Fire Prevention Program, led by Glenda Heyser and Jim Fox. In addition to this honor, the department was also awarded one scholarship to Trevor Gallagher, son of FF & Life Member Jaime Gallagher.

Also in attendance were members Steve & Sandy Waybrant, who were officially sworn in as Officers of the State Association, congratulations on this important recognition!

We would also like to recognize Buchannan Valley Co.27, which had 2 scholarship winners this year, to Molly & Kylie Waybrant, granddaughters to Steve & Sandy Waybrant, an outstanding achievement!
